You can book directly through our website using the booking widget on the homepage. After selecting your preferred tour and date, you'll receive an email confirmation with all necessary information.

We require full payment when booking online through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods.

Cancellations made up to 1 week before your scheduled tour start time qualify for a full refund, minus a 200 SEK booking fee. Cancellations made 48 hours to 1 week before receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours cannot be refunded.

If Firesky Guiding has to cancel a tour for any reason, you can either rebook or receive a full refund.

We always try to reach you by email or phone. If we can't get hold of you, we must start the tour no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

If trains, flights, or other transportation don't operate and you can't reach Abisko, our standard cancellation policy applies. We recommend checking with your travel insurance provider for potential compensation. However, if you know you can't arrive or will be delayed, please contact us and we'll try to reschedule you to another time.

Our guides share captivating stories about Arctic climate and culture, past changes, and future outlooks. If you're interested only in chasing Northern Lights, rest assured—that's not affected by earthly weather. Welcome aboard!

Yes! We welcome private bookings. We know our region and conditions well. Describe what you'd like to experience and we'll make a custom proposal for you.

We can arrange transfer from Abisko STF, which is 3 kilometers from Abisko village. Request this when you book, and we'll also drop you off after the tour. Otherwise, we don't provide transfers. From within Abisko village, the tour meeting point at Lapportsvägen 34 is easily accessible on foot (see Abisko.net for details).

We provide warm outdoor clothing. Just bring your normal outdoor layers and a camera if you want—and an adventurous spirit!

We provide warm drinks and light snacks during the tour to keep you energized and comfortable.

We typically have between 3 and 8 participants per tour, which creates an intimate and personal experience.
