What we use and why
We use your name, contact details and message to answer enquiries. For booking enquiries, this is to take steps towards a contract; for other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding.
We use contact, participant, booking and payment-related information from you or your booking platform to fulfil bookings, send confirmations and handle changes or refunds. Required details are marked at checkout; without them we may be unable to provide the tour.
We keep accounting records to meet legal obligations. Technical information helps us deliver and protect the website and booking service, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service.
Services we use
Bókun and payment service providers handle bookings and payments. Netlify hosts the website and contact form; Google/Gmail handles correspondence. Relevant staff and service providers receive information needed for their work.
Google Analytics measures website use with your consent. We also use cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Fonts and maps within the Bókun widget. Loading these services sends technical connection information to their providers.
Our providers may process personal information outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. See their privacy notices below for information about international transfers and safeguards.

How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes.
Accounting records are kept at least through the seventh year after the calendar year in which the financial year ended.
Google Analytics user and event data is retained for 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain longer.
Cookies and analytics
Browser storage supports bookings, your cart and language and currency preferences. Your cookie choice is valid for 180 days.
Google Analytics and optional Bókun analytics require your consent. They measure visits and interactions using online identifiers and device/browser information. You can book without accepting and change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not undo earlier processing.
Necessary booking storage and separate cookie-free Cloudflare metrics remain active if you decline.
